Claudio Gabis
Guitarist, composer, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and educator, with more than 60 albums throughout his career. A specialist in blues, jazz, fusion and rock, undoubtedly the most complete guitarist of his generation. He developed both the harmonic and the solo aspects, becoming a reference point in both.
Luis Alberto Spinetta
Guitarist, singer, composer and poet. His specialty was harmonic experimentation, bringing it to levels unmatched within rock music. The owner of a unique lyrical style, his work is impossible to classify, but easily recognizable to anyone who has heard him.
Pappo (Norberto Napolitano)
Guitarist, singer and composer. His specialty was melody, both through riffs and solos. His style moves between blues and heavy rock, making frequent use of extended solos and rhythms based more on riffs than on chords.
David Lebón
Guitarist, singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist. His main styles have been rock, blues and ballads. Noted mainly as a soloist, he has said that he writes songs as an excuse to play solos.
Skay Beilinson
Guitarist, singer and composer. Both with Los Redondos and in his solo career, he stands out for his riffs, as well as for his great quality and originality when composing.
How to read tablatures
Among the many variants of American chord notation, the one used in these transcriptions is the one described in the attached PDF. This method was chosen prioritizing visual clarity and simplicity over modal description, since it is intended for performance rather than harmonic analysis.
(Coming soon: PDF with the notation / reading method.)
